AT Armor Sales and Armor no-Return Policy

Your visit to our website or purchase of products on any of the AT Armor owned websites, you agree and accept these terms. We may require digital copies of credentials for some armor sales at our discretion (copy of drivers license that matches ship to address). We require customer agreement upon checkout to the terms and conditions outlined below.

By checking the policy box during the ordering process you agree that you are in compliance with our policy stated below.

You acknowledge Armor items may not be returned for any reason. All sales are final. Armor orders that are put into production are considered an executed order. By agreeing to the AT Armor policy you acknowledge and agree to a 20 percent cancellation charge for any cancelled armor orders that have not been shipped.

By agreeing to our policy (by marking the check box when ordering) that you have read and are in compliance. You agree that AT Armor assumes NO Liability for the performance of armor or the legality / legitimacy of your purchase. By purchasing from AT Armor you agree to hold harmless forever AT Armor for any legal, medical, civil, or criminal actions resulting from your purchase or use of any item on our website.

You agree that it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all transactions comply with U.S. and Federal, State and Local Statutes, Codes, and Ordinances and the purchaser's local laws and regulations. It is illegal for unauthorized persons to deceptively purchase armor.

By purchasing armor from us, you attest the following:

Ø You are of legal age (18 for armor) to own the item purchased.

Ø You do not have a criminal background and are legally allowed to purchase the specified item in your state.

Ø You are not violating any State or Federal Laws with your purchase.

Ø You are not legally prohibited to purchase the items chosen.

Ø You are not involved in criminal activities or groups.

Ø You are not legally banned from owning firearms or body armor.

Ø By completing this purchase you agree that you are a U.S. Citizen and currently maintain permanent residency in the United States.

Ø You will not export armor outside the US without prior approval from the US State Department

You further agree that it is acceptable for us to fill your order(s) with products that may be newer / or a different nomenclature than those ordered as s\long as the performance is similar. For example you order a Hesco 4400 and a new improved version is released before shipment (eg the Hesco 4401).

We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone, in our sole discretion. By buying body armor you affirm that you are not legally prohibited from owning firearms, or body armor, and also that you are not associated with any criminal group, in any way, and have only a lawful purpose for owning body armor.

No returns on any armor item (this is common practice in the industry).

Armor requires only a DL with a matching shipping and billing address when requested.

All individual Body Armor sales must ship to legitimate US street addresses that match the addresses on your State-issued ID. Shipping and billing addresses MUST match, the only exception is active duty military. As with all our items, we only ship to CONUS (aka “lower 48”) and AK, HI US addresses. We reserve the right to deny the sale of body armor to any individual for any reason. This includes K-9 Armor. All armor ships "signature required", no exceptions.

Connecticut and New York residents - we cannot sell you body armor due to your state laws. In order to be fair to the Citizens of these states we will not sell to credentialed individuals (LE or mil) in those states either.

If for any reason law enforcement needs information regarding one of our purchasing parties we will share this information of that persons purchase in cooperation with requests from law enforcement. We cooperate with law enforcement to stop the use of armor by criminals.

Liability

By buying armor you assume ALL risks of use or misuse, and agree not to hold us liable in any way. We Assume NO Liability for the performance of armor or the legality / legitimacy of your purchase. By purchasing from AT Armor you agree to hold harmless forever AT Armor LLC for any legal, medical, or criminal actions resulting from your purchase or use of any item on our website. You the purchaser are responsible for the use and employment of your armor.

With the purchase of any body armor you understand that body armor is not bullet proof but bullet resistant. NIJ standards are published to help insure that a bullet will be stopped per a specified level of protection. This does not mean that it will prevent 100% of bullet penetration or that the impact will not cause other injuries even if the bullet is stopped. Body Armor is good for protection but there needs to be an understanding if a bullet strikes you there is always a risk for injury or potentially death and even if the impact is absorbed by the vest or plate defeating the bullet before it penetrates a person’s body. Some of these injures seen can happen ranging from severe bruising, broken bones, and possibly serious internal injury that could result in death. If struck by a bullet even with the vest on you should seek immediate medical attention to insure there are no internal injuries prevalent at the time of the impact.

We neither assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale or use of the goods sold, and there are no oral agreements or warranties collateral to or affecting this agreement. We hereby give notice that any statement made by us in the sale of the goods, shall not create any warranty that the goods shall be fit for any particular purpose. Statements, images or descriptions are informational only, and not made or given as a warranty of the goods in any way. We specifically disavow any other representation, warranty, or liability related to the condition or use of the goods.

Pursuant to the provisions of the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, this product is sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer. We are not an insurer, and bear no liability for any use, misuse, or failure to perform.

Purchaser covenants and agrees that the purchaser or his heirs, agents, assigns shall NEVER bring any action in any court of law. Any dispute arising from the Purchase and Sale of product(s) sold by AT Armor LLC, shall be resolved by Arbitration under the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Venue for any arbitration, or any legal dispute, shall lie only in City of Keller, TarrantCounty, Texas and in no other Venue or Forum. The Laws of the State of Texas shall apply to all transactions.

If any part of these Terms are held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such shall not affect the validity of any other part of these Terms. Headings are for convenience only, and do not limit or affect these Terms.

Sale and export

ITAR applies to all our Armor items; you must be the actual end user and will not export outside the US. Armor can only be sold or distributed to U.S. persons under federal laws and regulations. By completing this purchase you agree that you are a U.S. Person and currently maintain permanent residency in the United States. You further agree that these items are being purchased for personal use and that they will not be redirected or exported without first obtaining permission from the U.S. Government through the U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce through the Bureau of Industry & Security.

If you ever sell any armor items purchased here you are liable to distribution laws or any unlawful selling laws. There are specified laws to sell specific items and it is your responsibility to make sure you are not violating any of them at any time. If selling or exporting there are state and/or federal laws that have to be followed and if broken you are the one liable. You do this at your own discretion and we are not liable for any consequences of these actions that you accrue upon yourself per your own actions.

Export of Armor or night vision and related accessories (such as manuals) is strictly regulated by the US Department of State in accordance with the guidelines of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). It is a major crime to ship or carry US manufactured armor outside the borders of the United States, punishable by fines and prison sentences. Ignorance of these regulations will not hold up in court. By purchasing armor or other ITAR restricted items from AT Armor, you attest that you will not attempt to export or carry this item outside the borders of the United States. Again, this is a crime punishable by fines and prison sentences.
