We have tiered shipping rates, please see our "Rates" under the shipping menu. We have a very strict returns policy. We do this so we can maximize our time serving customers and keep our prices as low as we do. We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be in original unused condition

If under warranty, warranty repair items must be returned directly to the manufacturer, we do not accept returns on defective items.

A 10 percent restocking fee may apply to returns. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

We do not accept returns on any armor item

Exchanges. We will gladly exchange items for size (no armor items may be exchanged). An additional outbound shipping fee will be required for all exchanges.

Exchanges or returns if we screwed your order up. If we hump the bunk on your order and send you an incorrect item or leave an item out ... we will fix it ASAP. We will send you a return label and will ensure our mistake doesn't cost you a dime as we get you what you need.
